  • Topic models
  • Empirical Bayes methods
  • Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) methods
  • Document clustering and classification

I obtained Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the Department of Computer and Information Science and Engineering, University of Florida in 2015. Dr. Joseph N. Wilson (CISE) and Dr. Hani Doss (Stats) were my advisers. I also collaborated with Dr. Daisy Zhe Wang at the Data Science Research lab and Database Systems Research Center, University of Florida, during my Ph. D. program.

I completed MS in Computer Engineering in 2010 from the Department of Computer and Information Science and Engineering, University of Florida. Dr. Joseph N. Wilson was my MS thesis adviser. I completed my under-graduation in Computer Science and Engineering in 2004 from the College of Engineering Thiruvananthapuram, University of Kerala.
